A New Digital Banking Experience is Coming on August 26th!
We're upgrading our Online and Mobile Banking platform to provide an enhanced banking experience with improved functionality, greater convenience, and new features.
To complete this upgrade, Online Banking and Mobile Banking services will be temporarily unavailable starting August 24, 2026.
We encourage customers to review the information below and prepare in advance.
How to Prepare
What you need to do before August 23 at Noon:
-
Verify that your contact information is up to date in Online Banking under the “Profile” section.
-
Make sure you know your Online Banking User ID and Password.
-
Save any alerts, card controls, or transfer settings you may wish to recreate after the upgrade.
-
Business customers: Save ACH and Wire templates for reference, as these will need to be recreated after the upgrade. Recurring payments will also need to be recreated.
-
QuicBooks/Quicken Users: You will need to deactivate and reactivate your online banking connection to align with the platform upgrades. Please refer to the attached QuickBooks/Quicken instructions to complete this step.
Banking During the Upgrade
Ponce Bank branches, ATMs and the Contact Center will continue to operate as normal throughout the upgrade for your personal and business banking needs.
While Online and Mobile Banking services are limited or unavailable, you can continue to:
- Visit any Ponce Bank branch for your banking needs
- Use Ponce Bank ATMs as usual
- Contact our Contact Center for account questions and assistance
After the Upgrade
The majority of your account information will automatically transfer to your new Digital Banking experience. However, you may need to set up some features again, including:
- Account alerts
- Card controls
- External transfers
- Certain recurring payments
- Business ACH and Wire templates
Important: If you rely on automatic payments or transfers, we recommend checking them after the upgrade to make sure everything is active.
