In the event any of the terms or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions shall be unimpaired and the unenforceable term or provision shall be replaced by such enforceable term or provision that comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable term or provision. These Terms of Use shall be subject to any other agreements you have entered into with Ponce Bank.

If you are accessing this Site from outside the United States, you may be subjecting yourself to United States law, which may differ from your local laws, including laws that govern personal data collection, use, and disclosure. ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES OTHERWISE SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
