You can view your full account number when you access your banking profile on Online Banking from a computer or web browser. You can also find it on your check if you use a check book.
You can reset your own password online by selecting the forgot password button. This will take you to a screen prompting you to enter your user name, last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and your email address. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you input the wrong password more than 3 times, you will need to call the Contact Center to have a representative reset the password for you.
With Ponce’s phone banking you can check balances and even make transfers straight from your touch-tone phone. You can access phone banking from our main number 718-931-9000. You can set up a PIN the first time you call but remember, the phone banking PIN is not the same as your ATM access pin (unless you’ve purposely set it up that way). It’s a unique PIN used only for banking by phone. If you don’t remember your PIN, you can always call our Contact Center.
When you open an Account you get a free Debit Card that can be used at any merchant that accepts Mastercard in addition to accessing your account on ATMs. You can easily turn on/off or block Debit Card on Ponce Bank’s mobile app. Ponce Bank does not offer credit cards.
