Carlos P. Naudon Elected to Represent New York Bankers on ICBA Federal Delegate Board

BRONX, N.Y., October 5, 2026 -- The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced that Carlos P. Naudon, President and CEO of Ponce Bank, National Association, was elected to the ICBA Federal Delegate Board. ICBA is the nation’s voice for community banks.
